Log:
Everyone always thought that Yagno was different - and they didn't mean it kindly. This spindly, akward child was born to a privileged family of the Empire. Though intelligent and imaginative, Yagno was a weak and sickly boy from a family proud of their vitality and strength. Dispised by his brothers, Yagno turned to his imagination for companionship. His clever mind peopled the woods with hordes of things, fantastic and terrible.

Yagno's descent into madness began one night when his older brother Yoshtoi locked him out of the house, taunting him to "find comfort among the night-monsters" which Yagno claimed lurked in the woods. Hysterical with fear, Yagno found a small cave, where he spent the night shivering in wide-eyed terror, until he fell into an exhausted sleep.

In his dreams, moody and dark, Yagno met with a being known as "The Feaster" and found solace in him. Yagno reasoned that to withstand the powers of darkness which haunted the woods, he must listen to the words of the great god of "The Feast". Yagno had found his calling.

Yagno's family noticed a change in him at once. He was less fearful and more self-confident. Althought the changes seemed positive at first, his family percieved a frightening coldness to Yagno, and a fanaticism in discussing "The Feaster", which was truly heretical in light that his family at least nominally worshiped the justicefather, Bor.

They could never prove that Yagno caused the growing misfortunes of the family, but they suspected Yagno when Yoshtoi was murdered, perhaps as a sacrifice,or that there was foul play when the family's oldest retainer, Waldomir vanished, or when the shephert twins, Elessi and Evanda, supposedly committed suicide.

But Yagno went too far when he attempted to sacrifice his sister's son. His family discovered Yagno with a ceremonial dagger in his hands. Saving the boy's life by moments, the family chased the murderous priest through the woods. Yagno ran and ran, eventually leaving his family behind and travelling North to the lawless nation of Gormak...

The heroes narrowly escape a final attack from the Green Bonnet troops as they finaly make their way out of the swamps of Farscult and start toward Zhukar. On the way, they encounter many bizzarre statues of a limbless monster entirely comprized of eyes and mouths. As the group approaches Zhukar, the statues grow to be many. In the city of Zhukar, the heroes find a populace that would rather starve themselves in the name of their lord "The Feaster" rather than risk death at the hands of several half-orc and human guards. The heroes befriend a fellow who has been cursed by Yagno, the town's spiritual and secular leader. Apparently, Yagno has perverted the teachings of the feaster to be instead be the "Devourer". Apparently, only the strongest are allowed to eat regular and satisfying meals, but all others are forced to instead turn in all their foodstuffs in return for a bi-weekly dole of bread and cheese. The cursed fellow leads the group of other cursed individuals who fear Yagno's rulership and want the old "Provider" feaster back. Instead of this false famine Yagno tries to work on in the name of his own magical experiments, these people want their old feaster back. They guide the group to an island in the middle of a nearby salt lake. The heroes break into this island with ease and set the demon within loose. The demon makes a beeline back to Zhukar and as the heroes find out later, kills Yagno by consuming him in a single gulp. The heroes stand stunned for a moment before Lady Shrikenight decides that the time is ripe to take her vengance on her sister and the group. However, the heroes manage to drive the Drastin ranger off and kill her male counterpart.
