Khan Parsnak is a descendant of the original [[parsnak_i|Parsnak]], the right-hand of [[Dengwur]].  He is the chief of [[Pulchester]] and nominal leader of the [[Therks]] in [[Gatavia Province|Gatavia]].  In truth, the Therkish clans in the area are each ruled by their own chiefs and only pay lip-service to the Khan.
