Septimus' Everyday Magic is a shop of wonders in Portchester run by a failed adventurer named Septimus. Septimus is a kind and generous fellow, hamstrung by his mother who always wants him to be more aggressive and cutthroat.
Septimus Sells mostly ever burning torches but he has a wand of magic missiles or two available to friendly adventurers as well. Most first and second level spells are available to be cast, and he is adept at helping those who follow The Order of Silver Stars. Septimus is a sap, and can be convinced to sell magic at cost to those facing adversity. He is particularly generous with those unlucky in love – at least when his mother isn't around.
