An independent delivery man, often employed by Mr Cheavers for confidential assignments. He lives in Blanchaven, has a young, hot wife named Elizabeth who doesn't like it when he stays out late. His younger brother Lamont is a well-known ne'er-do-well, but Rufus does his best to keep him on the straight and narrow. Perhaps too much, because it often gets him in trouble.
