+Note that Lung is not the ruler of the [[Ghost Dragons]], only its most revered personality.  Within the gang, many are puzzled by the way that orders are passed down.  Are the orders coming from a supernatural source?  Do the [[Ghost Dragons]] actually take orders from someone within the [[Golden Dragons]] gang?  The street-level gangs as well as the ninja assassin squads both couldn't care less as long as they are made wealthy by their membership.
