====== Prince ======

The Prince of York is the vampire who has claimed leadership over the entire domain. They possess the authority to rule York as they see fit certain guidelines.  The Prince is advised by a council of [[Primogen]].  The Prince has the authority to do the following:

  * To call a [[Blood Hunt]] on order to drive other [[kindred]] from the domain, or push them into "final death" by virtue of the [[Traditions]].
  * Give hunting grounds or free territory to other vampires or groups of vampires.
  * To declare or revoke a night's [[Elysium]].
  * Grant the authority to sire new vampires.
  * Give the authority to others to punish vampires for violating traditions and the [[Masquerade]].
