Daburn is another important city on this side of the sea - it has important trade routes with Seaford, and its channel leads out into the sea, making it another city full of resources. The architecture of the city is largely wooden, including the enormous city walls. The wood comes from the expansive jungles surrounding it. The architecture and culture are similar to that of Norse culture, with large, rounded guild halls, decorative carvings along the supporting beams of buildings, and intricate carvings of idols and gods that are revered here. The city was once ruled by a great Monarch, Talengar the Wise - but in his death, he bestowed power of the kingdom to his numerous sons. For this reason, it became known as the "Princely city of Daburn". This decision led to several distinct districts and power centers, which divided and weakened the city, and led to its conquering by the ruling Nords. The city has once again risen to prosperity due to its proximity to the river leading to the sea - allowing for easy trade routes. The Nords are also powerful fighters, and very few would deign to challenge them. Daburn is another important city on this side of the sea - it has important trade routes with Seaford, and its channel leads out into the sea, making it another city full of resources.
