====== Tegan ======

Population: 3494, very diverse races.

[[Tegan]] is a port town where the Tegan river meets the [[Sea of Ervis]]. It has a very diverse populace, as the Harbormaster does not ask any questions about race or background, only that you work hard and don't steal from his shipments. The Harbormaster is Horace Ashwall - Grizzled male dwarf with jet black hair. He is constantly smoking either a pipe or a cigar. Tegan has a reputation for being rough and tumble, but that can largely be attributed to the diverse people who live there. However, it is not a haven for cutpurses as the town guard alongside the harbormaster have little patience for thieves. 

=== Government ===
[[Tegan]] is led by Mayor Asher Heldabrun. He is a very well put together man who wears a pencil thin mustache and always dresses to the nines in adequately tailored raiment, often a funny sight in such a common town.

=== Inns ===

  * The Cracked Flask - Poor inn. Located right next to the docks in a stone building with a thatched roof. Guards often stand nearby because of the frequent bar fights, though Zokk, the bartender, usually handles them before the guards arrive. The owner is a purple skinned Tiefling named Casris. 
  * The Silent Spirit - Nice inn. Located on a well-lit avenue near the market in town, it is a plaster building featuring a small fenced in courtyard with a lovely garden. It contains large plush rugs and a fire pit cooking meats in the center of the main room. The owner is a male halfling naamed Foxilon Underfoot, who wears a blue vest and tailored knickers.

=== Notable Places ===

  * Temple of Sune- dedicated to goddess of life and light in the town, kept up by acolytes and a trio of Clerics. They offer minor healing services, counsel, and final rites to the people of the town. The temple is small but is adorned with a beautiful mosaic of her holy symbol, the face of a beautiful red-haired woman. 
  * Blackwing Mallet - Blacksmith in the western corner of the market in a large wooden building with white shingles. The owner is a physically imposing female elf named Vaina Suthrasas with tanned skin and golden hair in a beehive style.
  * Brewed Fragrances - The only brick and mortar alchemist in Tegan and is very successful. It is run by a greying old woman named Anastrianna Flosham with curly grey hair. The shop is filled with pots and suppplies hanging from the ceiling and shelves that are simply brimming with spell components, cooking ingredients, etc.
  * Copper Supply Shop - Owned by Half-elf named Atticus Fleming with short styled auburn hair. His shop is very well organized, and he is attentive to detail.
