Log:

After securing a base of operations on the island of Bronas with Iscariot's help, Nebuchenezzar, Arkbar, and Iscariot teleport back to the center of the continent near an earlier meeting place known as the Shrine of Prime. The Shrine is an ancient holy temple of Bor which resembled the greek Paarthenon. It is inhabited only by a long dead ghost of a paladin of Bor known as "The Prime". There, Dathiest, Titus also meet up with the group. The others find that Corian and Jack have both thrown off their evil ways and have decided to follow the true path of Bor. Arkbar and Dathiest both accept the Justicefather as their lord, but Nebuchenazzar does not sway too easily. However, as the others try to sway the dark sorcerer from evil, Iscariot giggles mischeveously.

A rider appears, wounded gravely by several poisoned arrows. Apparently, he was sent from a fort to the north to the Shrine of Prime to try and bring help. He tells the group that the keep is under attack by some humanoids. The time travellers agree to help the rider. Nebuchenazzar grumbles the entire way, and secretly threatens the rider with death if there is not an artifact of Ambitrax in the deal for helping.

Luckily for the rider, there is just such a reward available. Hemming, the local cleric of Bor has on his posession the Trumpet of Life. This instrument of Ambitrax is able to cure wounds, heal, and raise fallen heroes from the dead. The fort, known as the Light Keep is fortified with servants of Bor.

The forces of the watchers attack, trying to wrest the artifacts away from the time travellers. However, in the end the group is victorious.

Near the end of the battle, Nebuchenezzar casts a see invisibility spell to check on whether there are any stray villians about. The sorcerer sees a huge bat-winged fiend who chases and catches Dathiest and imprints a brand on his forehead. The brand leaves a magic mark on the elf that cannot be dispelled or destroyed. The creature dispels Nebuchenezzar's spell and departs.
