Liver Squeezings | 2gp | Hooger liver | A potent wild-berry wine with the juices of an Hooger liver mixed in during fermentation. Cures 1D4 points of damage per drink, but there is a 5% chance (cumulative during each day) per pint of going permanently blind. |

Using Brewing Skill, any beer, ale, mead type beverage from the gear book can be made by a player.
Each batch is laid down in a 10 gallon cask (1gp for the cask), containing 80 pints. The brewer must spend 80xCost of 1 pint x 0.4 in materials; make a Brewing Check, and let the cask sit for 6 weeks. If the drink is Unusual, you must also add the secret ingredient at the intial brewing time.
Some foods may be eaten once per day to provide beneficial effects. A character can benefit from maximum of one use of a food that restores HP in one day (e.g. eating an Awesome Pie heals 1D4 but a second pie will have no effect, nor will following the pie with haggis).
