Duda leads and quarters a ragtag group of soldiers advertised as a small mercenary company specializing in protecting any special interests North of Jorvikburg who can pay their rate. In addition to Duda himself, the current roster is:
John is the youngest and most reasonable of “The Dudes.” He acts as the leader, standing in the middle of any formation “The Dudes” might take. Douglas is kind of crazy and boisterous, and he may have a death wish. Rhorvald is eerily silent, and may either be menacing or not know much English. All three joined the company on July 21st, 1130.
In early August of 1130, Aiden and Folant were hired into the mercenary company while Duda was in Kingston. These raw recruits are also training with Duda to become full-fledged members. All the men call Duda himself “Marshal” ironically as if he were commanding a much larger force of men.
Douglas Chop and Rhorvald the Bold were killed in the Atlantean Mines of Madness by a scorphemoth on October 9th, 1130.
Later in 1130, all the remaining members of Duda's Dudes were killed by Crocktars defending Worms's Ferry.
In addition to their own equipment, all members of Duda's Dudes have the following equipment either purchased new or requisitioned from Stately Angus Manor:
Sergeants are clad in mail and carry an arming sword, but that equipment is purchased by the man himself as the first step to “buying in” to part ownership of the mercenary company.

From his days as a caravan guard, Duda has a very mercantile streak. He would like “The Dudes” to incorporate, offering investors and members of “The Dudes” their very own stake in the business of mercenary work. Perhaps most members of “The Dudes” won't understand, and just want to continue on as employees. However, as of September 1st, 1130 Duda as Marshall of company has written up legal contracts (with the help of Reeve McNasty and Raoul of course) providing a path to ownership for any who wants to make a wise investment and perhaps have some say in how the chapter is run.

Each month, the odds are that Duda's Dudes will have 1 job “off camera”. Roll 1d6 for the number of days the job takes (a 6 indicating 1d6 additional days). Each day, Duda gets 15gp per HD of Dudes (including Duda), with 10gp/HD of that going to the individual dude as his retainer payout. Mercenary work is dangerous work, so there is a 1 in 10 chance per man that he was killed on the job (excluding Duda).
