RAGS

The Human Resources Division of S.L.I.C.E. scours the prisons, refugee camps, and homeless shelters of the worlds for relative sturdy, but weak-minded recruits.  They train them and institute a level 3 mind-conditioning treatment at a secret base in Mexico, near the border with Guatemala, then hire them out to supervillians.

The RAGS (officially standing for Recruit-level Agent Group, but unofficially known as "Rent-A-Goons")come dressed in standard orange jumpsuits, black boots and hats and carrying a basic weapon, if requested. Many supervillians will dress them in theme appropriate costumes and issue them other armaments.  They are always hired out in groups of 8, for a reasonable rate.  There is no warantee, but there is a partial refund for each RAG returned in one piece.

RAGS are most commonly used as secret lair guards and as cheap gunmen to augment a heist or raid of some sort, very rarely are they entrusted with important information or key tasks in a scheme.
