**Panlo**

Panlo is an extremely old man, with a bald head, and thin white beard and mustache. His voice is raspy, and he speaks with a slight Easterling accent.  On the rare occasions when he is seen, he is in a wheel chair.

Panlo arrived in town about 7 years ago and quickly ammassed a huge fortune (if he didn't bring it with him).  He spends most of his time in an opulent double-sized townhouse in the Portchester Docks District.   He is rumored by some to be a powerful wizard, altough ne belongs to no know order or school. Panlo is most known as a successful merchant, owning several warehouses and employing many laborers and guards.
