 Salt Temple is a militant theocracy. It is ruled by a single cleric known as the Prelate. They are assisted by his two Councilors and twelve Apostles. Below them is the Quorum of the Ninety-Seven, each of whom command bishops, templars, and officers of the church. Officers are the secret police of the church. Templars are its soldiers. The bishops are in charge of worship and making sure that all the benefits of Erathis are brought to the masses. Salt Temple is a militant theocracy.
