Prince Rolan the Deathless was a [[shadowborn]] human. He was the ruler of Gloomwrought for several centuries. He has survived a civil war in the past known locally as "[[sunder|The Sunder]]."

Prince Rolan was slain in an attack to free the [[aurora|Lady of the Light]] from beneath the Deathless Palace by the heroes of the Drowned Quarter.
