+Newt grew up an orphan after his Papa was found dead in the forest crushed by a tree. He's never forgiven all plants for his Papa's death. Newt grew up in the shadow of the Gunderson manor in [[Geoff|The Grand Duchy of Geoff]]. He took to [[Kurt]] early in both of their careers and they have been best friends ever since.
