====== Bartleby ======

Bartleby is a retired gnome wizard. He was once the henchman of [[ping|Ping the Vile]]. The two met in the [[Shadowfell]]. Bartleby was once raised from the dead by [[Abraxas]] using a contract written by [[Ping]]. That contract bound their two souls together. If one died of fell unconscious, the other would as well. 

Bartleby was most notable for his use of the magic missile spell. Bartleby can be careless and has a smart mouth which often brings him into conflict with others. He plays the [[eldritch triangle]]. At one time, he was part of [[Trogdor|Trogdor's band]] Tenacious D.

Bartleby has since settled down in [[Highport]], marrying the effervescent and creative [[Evie|Evie Finnbuckle]]. As is the custom in the [[Plaguelands]] among gnomes, Bartleby took his bride's surname and helps manage their bakery Evie's Edibles.
