====== Chendera - Head Priestess of Nerull ======

Chendera was once [[drysdale|Lord Drysdale's]] chief rival in the Keep. She posed as a priestess of [[Avandra]]. She was a short halfling with long black hair, and worships [[Avandra]], goddess of luck, freedom and independence. Before the arrival of Lord Drysdale, Chendera was the spiritual leader of Restwell Keep. She fled the keep before the paladin arrived to escape certain detection. 

Apart from their theological differences, Chendera feels that Lord Drysdale's policies might anger the denizens of the [[Caves of Chaos]]. While she is not a warrior, she is more spiritually aware than any other in the Keep, and she senses that there is an evil in the Caves of Chaos beyond the monsters that live there, an evil that is currently dormant but that she fears may turn its malice outwards once more because of Lord Drysdale's actions.

Later, the [[borderlands_campaign#the_lucky_ones|Lucky Ones]] revealed that the halfling priestess was actually a follower of [[Nerull]]. She was slain along with many of the party in a final battle.
