====== Fairservice Manor ====== Fairservice Manor was gifted to the questing heroes in the will of Alexander Fairservice, a gnome noble who had a poor reputation in town and had his hands in some shady dealings. He left it to the heroes in hopes of helping to save the city following the untimely and tragic death of his wife. The manor includes the following rooms: ===== Rooms ===== ==== Foyer ==== The magnificent foyer features twin staircases to the upper level. To the left is the dining room and to the left is the study. ==== Dining Room ==== There is a master dining room that seats a dozen guests. ==== Study / Library ==== The library is filled with light fare such as romance novels and travelogues. There are two roll-top desks and chests of drawers in this room for correspondence. ==== Bath Chamber ==== The extensive bath chamber in the mansion holds a sizable tub set into the floor. ==== Owner's Suite ==== While spacious and lush, the owner's suite was designed for a gnome. ==== Guest Chambers ==== There are two guest chambers on the upper floors. They are luxurious, but not as large as the owner's suite. On the other hand, they are designed for full-sized humanoids. Yeoff claims that one of these rooms has a leak. ==== Servant Chambers ==== There are smaller one-room cells for two others on the first floor of the manor. ==== Bunkhouse ==== On the grounds, there are several rooms above the carriage house where a footman might have once had their quarters. It has long been deserted. ==== Dungeon Level ==== Below the manor is a root cellar for cold storage as well as a dusty vault that might have once been a dungeon cell by the looks of the stout door. A thick trap door leading to the catacombs of the city is locked and barred to prevent intrusion. ===== Staff ===== The house is staffed by Jeeves, the human butler who is paid handsomely by the heroes to keep everything in order.
