Mab, the Queen of Air and Darkness rules over the cold and macabre region of the Feywild controlled by the Winter Court. She is always seen with a veil over her face covering everything but her ruby red lips. 

In the book //Revelations of the Ice Dawn// [[Inara]] learns that the titan [[Auril]] is an ancient goddess of winter and darkness. [[gloomwrought_heroes|The Questors]] conjecture that perhaps Mab is able to access where Auril may be imprisoned to take part of her power.
