Abandoned by her mother as a baby with a troop of traveling performers, Morwen is a [[half_elves|feytouched]] bard entertainer.  She was raised by a kind but firm halfling woman named Eartha in a circus that traveled throughout Southwest [[Radavan]] called the [[Peregrine Family Circus]]. That is how she was given her last name.

  * Eartha - Halfling fortune-teller
  * Tyrone and Tybalt - Twin human tumblers and acrobats
  * Resalyn - Brown elf dancer
  * Gronlyc - Green elf strongman
  * Cord - Human animal handler; owner and operator
  * Fatima, Shayla, and Phillipe - Other adult carnival workers

On Morwen's 17th birthday, she was sent away to find my own path. Morwen ended up at the [[Arcane Academy]] where she studies to hone her arcane skills under the watchful eye of [[ellie|Headmaster Ellie Finnbuckle]].

Morwen has charmed and cares for a lycanthropic ogre who goes by the name of "Steve" who lives in the sewers underlying the College Hill district of [[Blackangel]].
