This island of the pirate queen is a free harbor for any who pay the fees and don't ask questions. While nominally a big-talking pirate king named "Governor Pence and Pound" rules the island, behind the scenes those in the know are aware that it is actually ruled by [[Willow|Willow Aeofell]]. 

Other pirates on the island include Cokelly and Grawp.
