The Widow Qway is a powerful Night Hag who worked with the [[Masters|Master Brain]] [[Lobeillithid]] during its rule  over Southwest [[Radavan]]. She was out of sight for quite a while but returned and reclaimed her walking house which walks on giant duck's legs and breathes fire.
