This halfling wizard is a cultist of the dead god Nerull. He tirelessly works in the center of Radavan to uncover more information about how to use the Raven Queen's power to revive his dark master. He was last seen in the Caves of Chaos near Restwell Keep. He worked closely with the priestess Chendera before she was slain by zealous adventurers.
