The Cracked Keel

A dive bar in the Drowned Quarter of Gloomwrought, owned by the eyepatched bartender Harkon is the unofficial headquarters of the Heroes of the Drowned Quarter.

• Bert - A recent divorcee, he always seems to be in the bar early for the hearty but bland breakfasts that Harkon serves. His new roommate is another man named Ernie whom never visits the Cracked Keel.
