+**Character Expectations**:
+  * Each player will create 3 characters.
+  * One must be human; one may be human, half-elf, half-orc or changeling; the third may be any species.
+  * Each will begin with 5500xp, which will make a single-classed character 3rd level and a multi-class character 1st level, but very close to 2nd.
+  * None of the three characters can be relatives or even know the others before play begins.
+  * All characters are from "out of town" newly arrived in the region with little knowledge of its ways.
+  * A player may only play one of his characters at a time.
+  * If one of his characters should die, he may create a new one with 5500xp.
+  * A character can be retired and replaced, after playing at least one session.
+  * Players must keep current record of each character's Ability Scores, class/level/alignment, XP and important magic items either by giving me an updated copy of character sheet, or by maintaining the character's page on the wiki with current information.  Magic-users should also update the character's spell book or mental inventory.
