Blinky's Surprise is a popular drinking hole among the caravan men visiting Wheelburg. It's run by Blinky Simonson, a Half elf with poor vision but impeccable taste and a low level of patience for rough housing. The bar tender is Hobgoblin Molly, who thinks she is a keen wit and sophisticated, but she's not. Locals tend to see the place as a spot for “out of towners”.
