 +**  I was just thinking of having a variety of basic equipment in the Arsenal (like 2 tommy guns, 2 shotguns, 2 rifles, 6 pistols, 6 ordinary bullet proof vests etc.) of the Team C headquarters, for them to divvy up (or "check out" if that's how they want to handle it).   But, was concerned that someone may want something much more specific  (I just got to have a katana, they are just so cool, or something, or someone might design character around being machinegun guy and there's no machinegun).**
