+It's positively outrageous, I tell you.  The man's allowed the Independents to take over the whole damned city.  Why, he's even given them a seat on the Primogen Council!  He can call it whatever he wants to call it, giving them a "voice" on the Council is the same thing as giving the vermin a seat.  It's positively contemptible.  Filthy Snakes, walking around in the open like they own the place.  And the Sabbat is still just inches away from beating down our own front door, I tell you.  I don't care about that half-baked story that they've pulled out and are withdrawing from our area.  That's a snake-oil salesman's story, mark my words.
