+Not much is known about G.R. Whitehorse. His stoic, and often intimidating demeanor doesn't offer the promise that he'll openly share much about himself. G.R is a seemingly dark, and imposing figure who regards honor, integrity, and the Traditions above all.
+G.R. appears to lack the social graces of the [[Toreador]], or the physical prowess of the [[Brujah]]. He does seem to posses a keen mind, a knack for investigation, an uncanny sense of stealth and subterfuge, and the wisdom of one who has experienced a great deal.
+Any [[Kindred]] versed in Politics can trace his Actions and Standing to a time which pre-dates the formation of the [[Camarilla]]. This is also evident at those scarce times which he shares personal/political experiences or tidbits of [[Kindred]] history.
+G.R. appeared suddenly, on the cusp of Prince You's crusade into Baltimore. He quickly immersed himself into the city's politics, and became an active participant in the fortification of York against the Sabbat. His actions, and imposing demeanor led to [[Aaron Thompson]]'s request that he serve as this domain's Scourge.
+G.R seized praxis in York on the notion that the war torn domain needed a Prince who was experienced, and not prone to the brash decisions which [[Aaron Thompson]] was making to ensure the city's safety. Once established as Prince, G.R. changed a number of unpopular policies, and voided treaties which he considered unbecoming of the Camarilla.
+As Prince, G.R. oversaw the fortification of York's borders, and the elimination of the majority of the [[Sabbat]] incursion. He attempted to strengthen relations between the [[Primogen]] Council and the Officers of the Domain, and led the Domain through a number of threats including a magically enhanced outbreak of plague, and a number of masquerade breeches due to inherent Kindred abilities failing.
+G.R. abruptly relinquished his claim to the Paraxis of York, after finding out that he was indirectly responsible for the death of his clan-mate and Primogen Murdock. G.R. claimed that his "PERSONAL DEMONS" had twice jeopardized the Domain, and that he could not in good conscious continue on as Prince. He abdicated the [[Praxis]] in favor of [[Q]], his current [[Sheriff]]; a move which was not contested.
+G.R. further announced that he would not carry the traditional tile of "Prince Emeritus" because he had been called into service as an [[Archon]] to [[Brujah]] [[Justicar]] [[Jaroslav Pascek]], and that he would be leaving the domain temporarily to carry out a mission in Richmond, VA.

+Jason Bowser has been Roleplaying for most of his life. He's been LARPING for a good 15 years. Most of his experience with LARP comes from his association with One World By Night. After taking an extended break from LARP, he joined Roses and Thorns due to it being close and his desire to not play in a vast organization.
