  * Five of York's kindred are ambushed and murdered by a roving pack of [[Sabbat]].
  * There is a pathogen that has taken hold of the mortal population of York.  Of the handful of cases, mostly children and the homeless are sickened.  Older kindred see the sickness and are reminded of the Black Plague. 
  * A gathering is held at [[murdock|Murdock's]] hangar in Thomasville.
  * Prince Whitehorse survives a [[Sabbat]] assassination attempt.
  * By invitation only, an auction is held at the York Expo Center by a curious auctioneer named [[Wax]] in association with [[Esmerelda Kane|Prince Esmerelda Kane]].  Two items are sold, an [[secret:the dread lens|arcane telescope]] from the Middle Ages, and a set of ancient prehistoric statues.

  * The [[http://lordsofhack.com/roses/web/eyeofset|The Eye of Set]] is stolen from [[Aaron Thompson]] by [[Papa Patrice]] only to have it smashed and revealed to be a forgery.  
  * The Primogen Council elects [[Eleanor]] to be the [[harpy]] once again, but she decides to deputize her childe [[constance cj jones|Constance]] as the harpy instead.
