===== Synopsis =====

  * Jimmy Hogg and the Anarchs make a deal with Constance to make their bar better in return for their help in a scrap.  Constance suggests naming the new establishment "Anarchy".  
  * Connor talks with Aaron and Constance about what it might take to join the Camarilla.
  * [[Byron]] and [[Craxus]] abdicate their clan positions.  [[Q]] appoints [[Sarah Katherine]] is the new [[Nosferatu]] [[Primogen]] and [[Aaron Thompson]] becomes the new [[Brujah]] [[Primogen]] with very little resistance.   
  * The Underworld is on fire.  The five factions of the mortal underworld seem to be at war with one another.  It is difficult to sort out which factions are controlled by which kindred.  The factions include:
    * [[The Parkway Gang]]
    * [[The Scarfo Family Mafia]]
    * [[The Pagan Motorcycle Gang]] 
    * [[Keystone United]]
    * [[The Junior Black Mafia]]
  * The Pagan Motorcycle Gang drive to the the mansion of Charles Winfield, one of the leaders of the Junior Black Mafia in Harrisburg, drag him out and murder him in front of his family.  
  * The Junior Black Mafia has ambush a gang of Keystone United skinheads in Spring Grove.  
  * The kinderd of York learn that Scarfo family hitmen have shot up the home of the Parkway Gang’s spiritual leader, Freddy Barnes.
  * The Parkway Gang of York City ambush a group from the Pagan Motorcycle Gang, killing several and holding the rest of them hostage. 
  * Keystone United, a loose gang of skinheads, KKK, and white power locals has just burned down the row home that the Parkway Gang was holding the Pagans, killing all inside. 
  * [[Amos Deakins|Amos]] tracks the Keystone United group and their leader Ken Keller to Prospect Hill Cemetery where he breaks the back of the racist underworld gang.
  * The Scarfo family hitmen have been found bound and killed execution style in their homes.  Grafitti tags at the scene of the crimes indicate read “JBM” and “JR”.  
  * A huge turf war takes place in Penn Park.  Many gang members are killed, and the the police sweep in to make arrests of the remainders.  
  * Emile brings the torpored body of [[Zach]] into Elysium, whom he rescued from a pair of [[Sabbat]] hoping to diablerize him.  Emile and Q revive the [[Gangrel]] elder, and learn that [[Zach]] was ambushed by sabbat, worn down, and staked.  He was then beaten into torpor by repeated blows.
