Eleanor is a [[Toreador]] elder and the former [[Harpy]] of York.  She seems pleasant enough, and has proven very helpful to the younger members of the city.  It is said that she is wildly popular in court and once even caused [[ItYou|Prince You]] to crack a smile.  She is a warm, colorful, and gentle spot in an otherwise chaotic city.  

She stepped down from her duties as [[Harpy]] in favor if [[Sinclair]] in order to pursue her own personal interests.  She has been more or less absent from court since then.  She is the sire of [[Constance "CJ" Jones]].
