  * A network of neighborhood sub-basements are connected by rough hand-dug tunnels in and around York.  
  * Several of the caverns used in this network may be underused basements of occupied dwellings giving access to homes in these neighborhoods.  
  * This also makes the threat of mortals finding out about the network great, so nearly all caverns have a method to quickly close off or cave-in connecting tunnels.
  * Some kindred are known to have their havens located in these tunnel networks.
  * There are smaller, unconnected networks beneath other villages in York County.
