• Byron has a long running feud against Craxus.
• Byron hates It for perceived threats to his assets.
• Byron is the sire of Q. He embraced Q against her will in order to get back at Craxus whom was in love with the mortal who would one day be Q.
• At the end of the day, Byron is a survivor and a traditionalist for the Camarilla. He would never knowingly do anything to threaten the Ivory Tower. However, he has manipulated situations to his benefit in the past.
