The Blutards Tribe
The Blutards are a mixed goblinoid tribe that serves the Horned Society Hierarch Xuntu the Inconceivable. It is evenly mixed among goblins, hobgoblins, hoborgs and bugbears. The goblins are little more than slaves, and the hoborgs really run things. The sorcerer Rancid Thung is a leading member of the tribe and runs the outpost of Blorgon east of the river.
