Greyhawk Shieldlands

Grand Overlord, Trom the Eye Gouger, is a bandit lord who has set up a stockade war camp in the Trimarch. He is a half-orc fighter noted for his brutality and for gouging out eyes. Took over a small band of Orkin (a group with long-time human/orc mixed ancestry) and slowly attracted more and more Orkin and Half-orc renegades, outlaws and refugees to his band. He calls the band “The Orkings” promising that they will rule as kings over all lesser beings. He sees the Trimarch as a prefect place to build an empire.
