Xuntu is a cunning manipulator and deceiver. Xuntu is a magician of some sort, but keeps any personal knowledge about Xuntu under tight control. This is one of the few Hierarchs to have planted a foothold east of the Ritensa River, at Blorgon. Xuntu is served by a variety of human mercenaries, but also by the goblinoid tribe known as the Blutards. Xuntu always refers to Xuntu as Xuntu.
