+Elton is incredibly poor, with people largely collecting a nasty kelp-like weed for bio mass export or strip mining the mountainous areas for ore-mass. However, they have an extensive social media network, and thus are incredibly cruel and vindictive; they will sick the local cops on anyone who says anything anyone doesn't like.  The System Administrator is Grand Mistress Crug, who knows who's been naughty or nice.
