+Stroad's population is in a single atmosphere-sealed, rad-shielded building complex.  It is famous as a meeting place for anyone looking for a neutral ground.  All ships that land at the complex are charged a 1-credit docking fee.  The "Heat" is chiefly in the form of [[secret_space_detectives|SECRET SPACE DETECTIVES]] who spy on visitors who must be up to something.   The Outpost is run by Fex Donharten, who is well known to be part of the [[contraband_alliance|CONTRABAND ALLIANCE]].
