+The Watrel Belt contains a naval base that supports the Interdiction Squadrons that sweep the [[forbidden_zone|Forbidden Zone]],  Additionally, Watrel Central Station, which is run by [[powercorp|POWERCORP]], collects anti-matter and ore-mass from a large contingent of independent miners and prospectors.  Finally, on an asteroid called X3-Red there is a mysterious city that is completely sealed off.   Traders from Powercorp exchange orders of mech and data cubes for power cubes at a single hangar deck.   Surmise is that the city is inhabited only by androids, since they never want biomass or biocubes.   The Colonial Governor, Prixus Dorn, has decreed that no one apart from the Powercorp trade vessel should approach the city.
