Space Bastards

Clearly utterly mad, Happy Farmer, whose real name may or may not be Chung, is constantly in a state of hysterical laughter. He tends an algae and fungus vat that provides a great deal of the station's biomass and oxygen. No one knows how he does it or what he dumps into the vat.
