The Holy Nexus is a mystic gateway that opened at the city of Mayfair in The High Kingdom of Kumbrith 1025 years ago. The revelations of the Nexus spurred the creation of the Lawful Church and the consolidation of the lands around Kumbrith.

The king of Kumbrith takes as one of his titles “Defender of the Holy Nexus” and in doing so guarantees the safety of the gateway and the church.
