Ishtar - The Executive

Ishtar is Rokko's oldest friend and confidant. They really don't have many skills past hyping Rokko and the Krew in general and seeing that Rokko's orders are carried out by the [[Krew]]. They act as Rokko's second in command and take notes as Rokko gives orders. The other Krew members other than Rokko are a little bothered that such as know-nothing is second in command, but they would never dare say that to Rokko's face.
