The Savor is a byproduct of a tropical fruit found in a few of the Carb islands known as the Flux Pomegranate (sometimes just called “The Flux”.) Its seeds have a powerful effect on mortal psyche. These sees are used as a recreational drug for their euphoric, hallucinogenic effects.
Green Flux Pomegranate fruits yield a hallucinogenic effect while yellow fruits can produce a wild magical effect. Purple Flux Pomegranate fruits are simply good food.
The Savor is used medically to relieve pain, such as during childbirth or a heart attack. Users typically swallow the raw seeds of these fruits but it can also be smoked, snorted, or inhaled. The onset of effects is usually rapid and lasts for a few hours.
