Philo Livingston maintained a penthouse apartment in New York City, that was also a Fulton Horizons facility. In addition to all the ammenities, there is also a small analysis laboratory and a communications and surveillance station, idealy placed to spy on corporate rivals and foreign legations.
Currently, H.T. Wilberforce has begun to use the place to store his stuff and to host cocktail parties.
