+After his escape from jail, Declan took on the identity of "The Flaming Death" and began to stage a series of arsons to get revenge on Team C and others who had wronged or defied him.    He was killed by "The Evil Eye" during an attempt to kill Desmond Cobblepot, May 28, 1934.
