Rules
Remember the golden rule. Treat each other with Respect. No drama. Don't argue with the Storytelling staff.
If you break rules, you won't be invited back to the game. If you attempt to cheat, you won't be invited back to the game. Storytelling staff has the final say regarding all rules violations and allegations of cheating. We're a small group, and it's just so much more fun for everyone if we all just follow these rules.
Common Sense Rules
- Wheaton's Law - Don't be a dick
- Please try to notify Storytellers and hosts in advance whether you will make it to the game or not.
- Be friendly and open to all players – at least out of game
- Don't cheat
- Help out the new folks
Game Rules
We use the books Laws of the Night Revised, The Camarilla Guide, The Sabbat Guide, and Dark Epics for all game rules. If you don't already own these books, they can be downloaded in PDF format at a very affordable rate at DriveThruRPG.com. There are a few house rule changes and additions found below.
Character Creation
Although the Storyteller is open to hearing just about any character concept, this is a Camarilla Chronicle and so there is a significant XP bonus for choosing to play a character that fits into the conceit of the game. Ask your Storyteller, and you will be surprised at what bonuses in terms of experience and generation are available.
Earned XP Refund
The World of Darkness is a dangerous place. Most PC's won't survive more than a few months, and fewer still will survive more than a year.
For that reason, I will be refunding 1/2 of your earned XP to you when you lose your PC. You can use that XP to aid in the build of your next PC.
