Thranconia

The Old Town Boys are a bunch of street criminals (a mixture of thieves and a few fighters) who specialize in perry street crime, hassling shopkeepers, pickpocketing and mugging, and more and more burglaries of late. They have a secret underground headquarters somewhere in Old Town, where they store their loot until it can be fenced.
