+Since the maintenance system was designed for a single party regular game, there may need to be adjustment made for characters who pop in and out, go dormant, etc.  The rule will be, a character pays maintenance at the beginning of each game session, unless it has been less than 1 in game month since his last adventure.  No character pays maintenance the first session played.  He will pay only 1 month's cost, and will have been assumed to have broken even any additional months.
